Can You Return an Item?

Yes, but only in certain cases. You can return an item if:
1. It arrived damaged
2. You received the wrong item
3. It was not what you ordered

To return something, contact us within 7 days of getting your order. You must send a photo of the item and your order number. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

When Returns Are Not Accepted?

We do not accept returns if:
1. You changed your mind
2. You ordered the wrong size or color
3. The item was used, washed, or damaged after you got it
4. More than 7 days have passed since you received it

We pack every item with care and triple-check orders before shipping.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the mistake was ours, we’ll cover the return shipping. If not, the return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll give you the return address and instructions after we approve the return.

How Long Do Returns Take?

Once we get the item and check it, we’ll let you know. If everything is okay, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
